If you are looking for the best, Ryan is it! My fiance and I met Ryan by chance, at an open house for a home we had gone to look at. That house wasn't right for us personally, but getting the opportunity to speak with Ryan made it very clear to my fiance and I, that we had found the person we wanted to work with, even if it was by accident. He listened to what we were saying, a low budget, especially given where we currently rented, but willing to put in the time and effort to look around and do a considerable amount of work if needed, to get the house that we wanted. Honestly, we thought that we would never find a realtor who could, and would listen, as every other agent we had met at other open houses, insisted that we needed to find some way to increase our budget or we would never find a house. Ryan was incredibly respectful of our budget and listened to what we said. It didn't matter to him that our budget happened to be lower than many other clients that he had, he just wanted the best for us. He managed to find us the gem that I am currently sitting in, typing away to thank him, and tell you how good of a job he did for my fiance and I. We really couldn't have done it without him. I tell everyone I know his name and number, because this transition, even with as rushed as the whole thing was (1 month from seeing the property to getting the keys!) he made this as smooth as possible. If you are a first-time buyer, or you've been around a few times, either buying or selling, Ryan is who I would recommend. My fiance and I have no intention of selling our home anytime soon, but if and when we decide that we want a change, it will be Ryan that we call, because we know that he will give us the absolute best. I was referred to Ryan from a friend to help with finding a new place in Hamilton.
Ryan was very prompt, requesting a list of things I was looking for in my search for a unit, price range, as well as what I wanted in the surrounding area (near nightlife, amenities, parking etc.)

Within a day or two he had a variety of units to see if I was interested. I had some bigger requests that couldn't be filled in my price range but he wanted to give me an idea of what it would cost for some of things I wanted and included them as well. He was really willing to work with me to get something that suited my needs. Each unit within my price range had at least one of my requests so I was not completely missing out on something I wanted. He was very upfront and open, wanting to know if I did not like units which put my mind at ease. I did not want to come off as picky and he reassured me that he would continue to work until we found something.

When we met in person, he was incredibly friendly and outgoing. I did not feel forced to make a decision as we viewed units and gave his inputs for each unit we viewed as well as coming with a printout of information on each unit. If I had any questions during the viewing, he was very quick to find an answer and send it to me. As someone coming from out of town, this really helped me understand the pro's and con's of each area. It was very easy to speak with Ryan and each viewing only took a few minutes. He even arranged to push up a time as we were VERY ahead of schedule and completed the viewings in no time at all.

Overall, I was incredibly happy working with Ryan and when the time comes to move units, I will be sure to contact him again.
